RFWB-40G/MT is a flat, four-button wall controller that talks Matter over Thread, so it can nudge lights, shades, gates, or scenes without a wire in sight. The slim body sits on glass, tile, or furniture with adhesive or screws, and the LOGUS90 frames let you pick finishes like plastic, glass, wood, metal, or even stone, so it blends in instead of shouting for attention. A red LED gives a quick wink when you press, short or long, and a CR2032 cell keeps it going for roughly two years, depending on how often you tap. In open air, the Thread mesh stretches to about 200 meters, which is plenty for a house and the garden path.

Setup is simple: tap the PROG button to enter pairing, then commission with a Matter QR or numeric code through a border router such as HomePod mini, Google Nest Hub, or Samsung SmartThings Station. If you need a clean slate, hold PROG for more than ten seconds to reset. The datasheet on page 1 also notes the essentials: IP20, 2.4 GHz Thread radio under 14 dBm EIRP, operating from −10 to +50 °C, with compact dimensions of 85 × 85 × 16 mm for plastic frames or 94 × 94 × 16 mm for metal, glass, wood, or granite. It is designed to sit any way up, which is handy when you’re placing scene buttons by feel.
