The Samsung The Frame LS03FW is a lifestyle-focused 4K QLED television designed to blend into home décor when not being used as a TV. Unlike conventional televisions that appear as large black screens when powered off, The Frame transforms into a digital art display through Samsung’s Art Mode, showcasing artwork, photography, or personal images.

The LS03FW features Samsung’s Matte Display technology, which significantly reduces reflections and gives displayed artwork a canvas-like appearance. Combined with customizable magnetic bezels (sold separately), the TV resembles a framed piece of wall art rather than a traditional television.

Picture quality is powered by QLED technology, delivering vibrant colors, strong brightness, and full 4K resolution. Samsung’s Quantum Dot layer helps maintain color accuracy across different brightness levels, making the TV suitable for both entertainment and art display.

A key design feature is the Wireless One Connect system (available on select 2025 Frame models), which minimizes visible cables by separating connections from the display itself. This helps create a cleaner wall-mounted installation that more closely resembles a framed artwork.

The Frame also includes Samsung’s Tizen Smart TV platform, providing access to streaming services, SmartThings integration, gaming features, and voice controls. While its primary appeal is aesthetics, it remains a fully featured smart TV for movies, sports, and everyday viewing.
