The Aqara Thermostat Hub W200 works with most HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and PTAC units. It features a 4-inch full-color touchscreen that serves as a central control panel for temperature and connected smart home devices.

The W200 is among the first thermostats to support Apple’s Adaptive Temperature and Clean Energy Guidance, adjusting heating and cooling based on predicted presence, activity states, and cleaner grid conditions to balance comfort and energy use. Built-in mmWave presence sensing allows the thermostat to respond to occupancy, waking the display as someone approaches and reducing energy use when spaces are empty.

As a Matter-enabled hub with dual-band Wi-Fi, Thread, and Zigbee, the W200 connects Aqara devices and third-party Matter products across major ecosystems. When paired with compatible Aqara doorbells and smart locks, it can display doorbell snapshots and provide one-tap door unlocking directly from the screen.
