Govee introduced new Matter-compatible outdoor and gaming lights
Four more Matter-enabled lights from Govee are coming to elevate your home ambiance, from light bars to string lights and even a lamp post.

Notable Matter device maker Govee has unveiled a suite of new smart lighting products, including three additions to its outdoor collection and a new offering for gaming setups, all featuring Matter compatibility via Wi-Fi.
Govee Outdoor Lamp Post Light
Govee Outdoor Lamp Post Light features a dual sensor system designed for both aesthetic appeal and security. The lamp post provides 2,000 lumens of brightness with a 10-meter beam reach and a wide color temperature range.
A key feature is its wedge prism structure with 54 RGBIC lamp beads divided into six zones, designed to minimize dark spots and produce uniform gradients with a petal-shaped glow. It offers over 100 preset lighting effects and allows customization.
The lamp also integrates multi-level motion and brightness sensors, featuring three customizable motion detection zones and four levels of ambient light sensitivity. The unit is built to withstand various weather conditions with IP66 waterproofing, fire resistance, and UV protection. The Govee Outdoor Lamp Post Light is a weather-resistant smart light with RGBIC segments, motion and light sensors, and Matter support, designed for striking outdoor illumination and flexible installation.
Govee Outdoor Garden Lights
The new Govee Outdoor Garden Lights aim to illuminate gardens with 16 million colors, utilizing enhanced RGBWWIC (RGB + White Warm + Independent Control) technology and a 16-bit LuminBlend system for better color mixing and coverage. The lamp can simulate sunlight with a high CRI of 94 and brightness up to 1,100 lumens.

Crafted from premium aluminum, the lights offer a tree branch-like design, allowing flexible combinations of the pole and light bar parts. With an IP66 rating, Govee Outdoor Garden Lights are waterproof and temperature resistant from -20°C to 40°C. Users can choose from 64 preset scenes or create their own, with smart control available via the Govee app and Matter platforms.
Govee Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights
Govee also launched Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights, offering 16 million color options and over 100 preset scene modes. These lights provide a total brightness of 1,200 lumens for focused outdoor illumination.
The IP67 waterproof protection and high-impact resistant PC material can prevent cracking and shattering, offering a lifespan of up to 25,000 hours.
Govee Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights
Durable, color-rich string lights with smart and AI-powered features, designed to elevate outdoor gatherings and everyday patio moments.
The teardrop-shaped design and transparent casing are intended to blend seamlessly with outdoor surroundings. Features include music sync capabilities through a built-in mic and AI-powered lighting effects that can be generated through chat-based commands.
Govee Gaming Light Bars Pro
Govee also announced the Gaming Light Bars Pro, included in its gaming portfolio. It can provide a three-sided immersive lighting experience with 16 million colors and wall-washing effects.
The design is described as futuristic and mecha-inspired, crafted from polycarbonate and metal. The Govee Desktop software and AI color-matching technology synchronize lighting effects with gameplay, videos, or music in real-time.
Govee Gaming Light Bars Pro
Immersive gaming light bars that blend dynamic color syncing, smart controls, and a sci-fi-inspired design for an enhanced audiovisual setup.
The lights offer customizable settings, over 60 preset scenes, and sound-reactive lighting modes.
Availability
The Govee Outdoor Lamp Post Light ($429.99), Govee Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights ($99.99), and Govee Gaming Light Bars Pro ($119.99) are all available now on Amazon. The Govee Outdoor Garden Lights will be available on June 9 for $199.99.
