Leedarson announces Matter-enabled smart bathroom exhaust fan
Leedarson launches the OREiN OL05S, a Matter 1.3-certified smart bathroom exhaust fan ($265.99) with integrated fan, tunable light, Bluetooth speaker, and sensors.

Major smart home manufacturer Leedarson announced its Matter-enabled Smart Bathroom Exhaust Fan under the OREiN brand this week, adding an innovative device with multiple features to the Matter smart home family.
Leedarson is a major player in consumer electronics manufacturing. In addition to its in-house brands AiDot and Linkind, it also produces products for brands like Ikea, as revealed by FCC filings. Leedarson is one of the early adopters of Matter and is known for its smart lighting and air purifiers, such as the WELOV P200 Pro.
What is the OREiN OL05S
This new product, first certified in October 2024, operates with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, according to the Connectivity Standards Alliance database. Modeled OL05S, the device integrates ventilation, lighting, audio, and sensors, all under Matter 1.3 specifications. The company claims it is the first Matter 1.3-certified smart bathroom exhaust fan in the industry.
The device’s essential features, including the built-in light and fan, can be controlled through major smart home platforms via Matter. According to the certification compliance files, you can control both the light and the fan with Matter. Additional vendor-specific features are available in the AiDot app.
The light offers a temperature range from 2700K to 6500K, along with 16 million RGB color options.
Humidity and Bluetooth
The built-in humidity sensor, however, will not be exposed to Matter for automation, according to compliance files. Nonetheless, you can still use the vendor app to set routines based on its readings, such as turning on the fan when the relative humidity reaches 70%.
The built-in speaker operates via Bluetooth, allowing you to easily stream playlists during your shower.
Matter Alpha has reached out for AiDot’s plans to enable additional features in Matter, but there has been no response as of press time.
The fan also offers a “fast-mount bracket that minimizes prep work and ensures easier positioning, making installation quicker and more user-friendly,” according to the press release.
The OREiN OL05S Matter-enabled smart bathroom exhaust fan is now available on Amazon, priced at $265.99.
