E35 focuses on access control rather than combining security camera features into the product. This makes it a cleaner and more discreet option for homeowners who want advanced biometric security without installing a visible camera at the front door. Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity allows the lock to be managed remotely without requiring a dedicated hub or bridge, and users can create access codes, monitor lock status, and receive notifications directly through the eufy app.

A built-in 750mAh backup battery automatically activates when the main battery is removed or discharged, ensuring the lock remains operational while charging takes place.
