Its compact design is significantly smaller than many competing smart locks while maintaining a clean, understated appearance.

Matter-over-Thread support allows the lock to work across major smart home ecosystems, making it easier to manage alongside other connected devices. Once paired with a compatible Matter hub, the lock can be controlled remotely through Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, or Samsung SmartThings using apps, voice commands, or automations.

For everyday use, the lock supports multiple ways to access your home. You can continue using traditional physical keys, unlock it through the Level Home app, or pair it with the optional Level Keypad for PIN-based entry. Activity history and guest access sharing make it suitable for families, trusted visitors, or service providers who require temporary or recurring access.

The lock is built with durability in mind. It carries BHMA AAA certification and ANSI Grade 1 ratings for security, finish, and durability, and has been tested for up to 250,000 lock cycles. Its weather-resistant construction and year-long battery life help minimize maintenance while supporting reliable day-to-day operation.
