Built with an IP55 protection rating, the detector is weather-resistant and suitable for indoor corridors, entryways, or outdoor areas exposed to the elements. Its support for Matter provides broad smart-home compatibility—working within the Bosch Smart Home system and across other Matter-enabled ecosystems—ensuring flexibility and long-term usefulness.
