The Aqara Multi-State Sensor P100 combines a high-precision 9-axis sensor array with AI algorithms to track motion and state changes beyond simple open-and-close detection. It can sense vibration, taps, knocks, drops, tilt, and general movement, allowing it to monitor doors, windows, and movable objects with a single, flexible device design.`
In door and window monitoring mode, the P100 records every opening and closing event, supporting both swing and sliding installations without the need for separate sensor parts. In object monitoring mode, it can detect activity such as drawer use, mailbox movement, glass break vibrations, or appliance interaction, enabling detailed alerts and automation scenarios. Entry and exit activity can also be reviewed through visualized time-based logs.
With built-in Thread and Zigbee connectivity, the P100 is Matter-enabled and integrates across major smart home platforms. Calibration and AI-based self-learning help adapt the sensor to different placements while improving accuracy and reducing false triggers over time.
